The Ceaglio offers a traditional Piedmont cuisine.
Meals that cannot be found anywhere else are prepared here daily at the Ceaglio.
The Ceaglio offers, among other dishes:
- over 50 different starters (Antipasti)
- a huge variety of vegetable dishes.
- gluten-free meals for people with celiac disease
- lactose-free meals
Pasta dishes are also served between standard mealtimes, for example in the afternoon after returning from a tour!
